Andrew Paszkowski - Operating Partner

Andrew has over 25 years of general management experience in engineering, marketing and business development at an international level. Prior to joining Nova in 2003, Andrew was a Project Director at Gulf Oil International and subsequently spent 7 years with Texaco, joining as a Divisional Managing Director. In both businesses, Andrew was responsible for executing major start-up projects.

Andrew started his career as a civil engineer working on major construction projects in the Middle East. He went on to work for a specialist engineering contractor and operator of offshore production platforms as a business development manager.
