Luke joined Nova in July 2012 following roles with UBM plc and KPMG.  At UBM plc he worked in Group Development, with more than forty acquisitions and disposals successfully completed across five continents. Prior to this he spent five years at KPMG, advising on a range of corporate finance engagements for both private equity and corporate clients.

Luke graduated in Economics and Management from Pembroke College, University of Oxford, and completed the AMCT Diploma in Treasury whilst at KPMG.
