Jonathan Seal - Investment Partner

Jonathan has significant experience in corporate finance and private equity. Prior to joining Nova in January 2012, Jonathan spent three years as a founding member of the team managing the Rapid Realisations Fund, a pre-IPO/growth capital fund and he led a number of investments spanning a broad range of industry sectors and jurisdictions. Prior to this, Jonathan spent five years as a corporate financier with Livingstone Partners, successfully advising on a large number of acquisitions, disposals and capital fundraisings.

Jonathan qualified as a corporate finance solicitor with Lovells after graduating in History & Economics from the University of Manchester.
