Jan Kreminski - Operating Partner

Based in the US, Jan is a senior international executive, having held senior executive roles at ABB and Alstom Transport, based in the US, Switzerland, Belgium and France.  In these roles, he was responsible for global operations in their Power Generation and Transport Sectors, managing annual revenues in excess of 1bn Euro. 

Most recently, he has been involved in a number of portfolio businesses owned and managed by Nova leading them through growth and successful exit.  He has served as Executive Chairman of QSA Global Inc. and Nuclitec GmbH, both radioactive isotope businesses serving the oil & gas exploration, industrial testing and measurement, as well as medical diagnostic and cancer brachytherapy markets. He was also Executive Chairman of Detector Technology Ltd, a specialized manufacturer of smoke detectors and ionization foils, based in Hong Kong and Shenzhen PRC , and ABSL Power Solutions Ltd., a manufacturer of specialized Li-ion batteries serving military and space satellite markets, based in the UK and the USA.
