Dennis Powers - Operating Partner

Based in the US, Dennis is a seasoned executive with extensive experience working with businesses throughout the US and internationally. He has a particular focus on engineering, manufacturing, marketing and sales of specialist products. Before joining Nova in 2004, Dennis was Managing Director of Executive Interim Management, where he co-led the successful development of the New York office. Prior to this Dennis was President of HoltraChem, the bulk commodity chemicals business for 3 years where he led their expansion into specialty chemicals. He has also held senior Divisional/Group operating positions at a number of chemical and industrial goods companies including Quixote Corporation (QUIX), Kidde-Fenwal, and Occidental Chemicals (OXY).

Early in his career, Dennis was a consultant for McKinsey & Company in their industrial goods practice in New York and London, serving clients in the telecommunications, specialty chemical, automotive, metals and electrical equipment industries.
