Ralph Forster - Investment Partner

Ralph has over 30 years experience in senior financial management working with venture backed and international companies, from early stage to large multinationals. Prior to joining Nova, Ralph worked with major private equity firms supporting new investments and turning around under performing businesses.

Earlier in his career, Ralph was Group Finance Director of Honeywell and Granada Group's Computer Services business division. He subsequently spent 6 years with responsibility for operational and general management of semi-conductor and light emitting polymer businesses.
