Market value solution

Early on, we will establish an indicative price for the portfolio drawn from the available financial and other due diligence information. Our objective is to deliver to vendors, in one portfolio transaction, value consistent with what would be obtained through multiple individual disposals. Because we take a portfolio view, our value proposition is less sensitive to the inevitable fluctuations in individual company performances.
